Kefir is produced on an automated line from whole cow's milk, which is normalized to the required fat content and subjected to high-temperature (90-92)° C by heat treatment (pasteurization) and by fermenting the prepared mixture with starter culture prepared on kefir mushrooms.
Kefir has a pure, fermented milk taste, milky-white, uniform color throughout the mass, and a uniform, moderately thick consistency.
Kefir is intended for direct consumption. Promotes normalization of intestinal microflora, improves metabolism.
