For the production of butter, only natural freshly produced cream is used. Butter has a pure sweet creamy taste and aroma, with a predominance of pasteurized cream flavor. The consistency and appearance of the oil is homogeneous, plastic, dense, the surface of the oil in the cut is slightly shiny and dry in appearance, without the smallest droplets of moisture. Butter is intended for direct consumption in food.
