Sterilized milk is produced from pasteurized milk previously subjected to homogenization and sterilization of a single on the Italian line "VEIL" at a temperature (140-144)°C. Such high-temperature processing of milk helps to preserve all the qualities of fresh milk for a longer period and prevents its souring.
