Yogurt "Greek"
Greek yogurt is a thick filtered yogurt from which almost all the whey has been removed. Along with the liquid, most of the sugar, calories and carbohydrates go out of it.
For the preparation of this product, twice as much milk is used, and therefore the content of
* protein, * beneficial bacteria and * calcium in it is much higher than in regular yogurt.
Yogurt "Greek" is produced in the following types:
- Without sugar, 4%
-"Apple-barberry berries", 3,4%
- Mango-chia, 3,4%
It is packaged in p / glasses of 200g.
The shelf life of the product is 15 days at a temperature of +2 to +6 C.
