Krestyanskoe sweet cream unsalted butter with a fat content of 72.5% is produced from cream obtained by separating whole cow's milk, which has undergone high-temperature pasteurization and maturation, and is churned in a butter maker.

The butter has a pure, sweet-cream flavor and aroma, with a predominantly pasteurized cream flavor. The consistency and appearance of the butter are uniform, flexible, and dense. The surface of the butter when cut is slightly shiny and dry in appearance, without even the smallest droplets of moisture. This butter is intended for direct consumption.

Only natural, freshly processed cream is used in the production of this butter.
