Net pronounced dairy flavor of the finished product is due to making the best types of specially selected starter cultures of direct introduction. Curd is an essential food for children and adults. Cheese is a source of calcium necessary to build bone tissue. Intended for direct consumption.
The cheese is packaged: in laminated paper of 0.2 kg with a shelf life of 5 days.
Storage the cheese should be at a temperature of from +2 to +4
